Since your project data is stored exclusively via local IndexedDB instances, the retention, lifecycle, and deletion of your files are entirely managed by you. Clearing your browser data, purging the Application cache, or uninstalling the Application will permanently remove your locally stored projects and imported addons. We strongly recommend maintaining independent backups of your critical production files.
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy to accurately reflect technical modifications, framework structural transitions, or evolving legal requirements. Any updates will be made available directly within the Application user interface or via our official deployment channels.

This Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of the software suite applications (including Table, Document, Slide, Web Creator, and Addon management tools, collectively referred to as the "Software"). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined herein.
The Software, including all associated source code, design elements, intellectual property, logos, and documentation, is the exclusive property of Ilkin Yahya and is protected by international copyright laws and treaties. All rights not expressly granted to you under this Agreement are strictly reserved by Ilkin Yahya.

Any detected violation, unauthorized distribution, or license tampering will result in immediate termination of access and initiation of formal legal proceedings to recover damages and enforce statutory remedies.
The Software is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. Ilkin Yahya shall not be held liable for any software defects, program errors, system crashes, data loss, corruption of local IndexedDB databases, business interruptions, or direct/indirect damages arising out of or in connection with the performance or use of the Software.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Ilkin Yahya reserves all rights to enforce intellectual property protections and pursue legal remedies under applicable jurisdiction laws against any infringing individuals or organizations.
We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Software following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
